How To Order

Ordering from our web site is easy.
Once you have completed shopping you will be given the option to pay by PayPal, Postal Order or Cheque.

POSTAGE PRICES

All our items are sent to your by first class post.
When ordering you may choose up to 2 items from our web site for only £2.10 p+p.

PAYPAL

If you choose PayPal you will be taken to PayPals secure web site to pay for your items, follow the instructions till you have completed the payment procedure.
Once the PayPal procdure is completed please wait untill you are returned to the Crystal Pearl web site so the transaction is finalised.

POSTAL ORDER or CHEQUE

If you choose to pay by Cheque or Postal Order you will be give the chance to print off your invoice with all the payment details you require.

RETURNED GOODS

All goods found to be faulty must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging, after which a replacement will be sent.
For hygiene reasons earrings, can only be returned if broken upon receipt of goods.
